How to Pay
Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Please make cheques payable to Mc Events and write your name and
the name of your organisation on the reverse.
If you need an invoice sending to you in order for your organisation to
raise a cheque, please email Samantha@mcevents.tv
the names of the delegates you have registered, invoice address and what
email address we can send the invoice to.

Cancellation policy
Please note, if you have registered for this event and cancel before close
of business on Friday 1st February 2008 you will incur a cancellation
fee of 50% of the booking total regardless of whether or not your payment
has been received. Please email samantha@mcevents.tv
stating the names of the delegates whose places you are cancelling. No
refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date and in
the event that payment has not been received you will be invoiced at the
full delegate rate.
